Znenie súhlasov, ktoré udeľujete v registračnom formulári projektu P6. Účinné od .
V registračnom formulári sú dve samostatné zaškrtávacie políčka. Každé z nich predstavuje samostatný súhlas. Žiadne nie je vopred zaškrtnuté a súhlas so zasielaním noviniek nie je podmienkou registrácie.
1. Súhlas s kontaktovaním v súvislosti s projektom P6
Zaškrtnutím políčka a odoslaním formulára udeľujem spoločnosti , so sídlom , IČO: (ďalej len „prevádzkovateľ“), podľa čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a) a čl. 7 nariadenia (EÚ) 2016/679 (GDPR) súhlas so spracúvaním mojich osobných údajov v rozsahu: meno, priezvisko, e-mailová adresa, telefónne číslo (ak ho uvediem) a údaje o mojom záujme (typ bytu, účel kúpy, zdroj informácie o projekte a text správy).
Súhlas udeľujem na účel kontaktovania v súvislosti s projektom P6, najmä na zaslanie informácií o ponuke bytov, pôdorysov a cenníka, informácie o spustení predaja a na dohodnutie osobnej konzultácie.
Súhlas udeľujem do jeho odvolania, najdlhšie však počas rokov od jeho udelenia.
2. Súhlas so zasielaním noviniek
Zaškrtnutím políčka udeľujem prevádzkovateľovi podľa čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. a) GDPR a § 116 zákona č. 452/2021 Z. z. o elektronických komunikáciách súhlas so spracúvaním môjho mena, priezviska a e-mailovej adresy na účel zasielania noviniek a marketingových informácií o projekte P6 elektronickou poštou.
Súhlas udeľujem do jeho odvolania, najdlhšie však počas rokov od jeho udelenia.
3. Čo platí pre oba súhlasy
Súhlas je dobrovoľný. Bez prvého súhlasu vás však nemôžeme kontaktovať, a preto sa bez neho formulár nedá odoslať. Druhý súhlas je úplne nepovinný.
Súhlas môžete kedykoľvek odvolať e-mailom na info@bytyp6.sk. Súhlas so zasielaním noviniek odvoláte aj kliknutím na odkaz na odhlásenie v ktoromkoľvek e-maile s novinkami.
Odvolanie súhlasu nemá vplyv na zákonnosť spracúvania pred jeho odvolaním. Po odvolaní údaje vymažeme, okrem záznamu o tom, že súhlas bol udelený a odvolaný, ktorý uchovávame na preukázanie súladu s právnymi predpismi.
Registrácia je prejavom záujmu. Nezakladá rezerváciu bytu ani záväzok uzavrieť akúkoľvek zmluvu, a to na vašej ani na našej strane.

4. Súhlas s cookies

Consent to the processing of personal data
The wording of the consents you give in the P6 project registration form. Effective from .
The registration form has two separate checkboxes. Each is a separate consent. Neither is pre-ticked, and consent to receiving news is not a condition of registration.
1. Consent to being contacted about the P6 project
By ticking the box and sending the form, I give , with its registered office at , company ID (IČO): (the “controller”), my consent under Art. 6(1)(a) and Art. 7 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) to the processing of my personal data to the following extent: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number (if I provide it) and details of my interest (apartment type, purpose of purchase, how I heard about the project and the text of my message).
I give this consent for the purpose of being contacted about the P6 project, in particular to receive information on the apartment offer, floor plans and price list, information on the start of sales, and to arrange a personal consultation.
I give this consent until I withdraw it, but for no longer than years from the date it is given.
2. Consent to receiving news
By ticking the box, I give the controller my consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 116 of Slovak Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on Electronic Communications to the processing of my first name, last name and e-mail address for the purpose of sending me news and marketing information about the P6 project by e-mail.
I give this consent until I withdraw it, but for no longer than years from the date it is given.
3. What applies to both consents
Consent is voluntary. Without the first consent, however, we cannot contact you, so the form cannot be sent without it. The second consent is entirely optional.
You can withdraw consent at any time by e-mail at info@bytyp6.sk. You can also withdraw your consent to receiving news by clicking the unsubscribe link in any news e-mail.
Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. After withdrawal we delete the data, except for a record that consent was given and withdrawn, which we keep to demonstrate compliance with the law.
Registration is an expression of interest. It does not reserve an apartment and creates no obligation to conclude any contract, either on your side or on ours.

Einwilligung in die Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten
Wortlaut der Einwilligungen, die Sie im Registrierungsformular des Projekts P6 erteilen. Gültig ab .
Das Registrierungsformular enthält zwei getrennte Kontrollkästchen. Jedes steht für eine eigene Einwilligung. Keines ist vorab angekreuzt, und die Einwilligung in den Erhalt von Neuigkeiten ist keine Voraussetzung für die Registrierung.
1. Einwilligung in die Kontaktaufnahme zum Projekt P6
Durch Ankreuzen des Kästchens und Absenden des Formulars erteile ich der Gesellschaft , mit Sitz in , Identifikationsnummer (IČO): (im Folgenden „Verantwortlicher“), gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a und Art. 7 der Verordnung (EU) 2016/679 (DSGVO) meine Einwilligung in die Verarbeitung meiner personenbezogenen Daten im folgenden Umfang: Vorname, Nachname, E-Mail-Adresse, Telefonnummer (falls angegeben) sowie Angaben zu meinem Interesse (Wohnungstyp, Kaufzweck, Quelle der Information über das Projekt und Text der Nachricht).
Die Einwilligung erteile ich zum Zweck der Kontaktaufnahme im Zusammenhang mit dem Projekt P6, insbesondere zur Zusendung von Informationen über das Wohnungsangebot, der Grundrisse und der Preisliste, zur Information über den Verkaufsstart und zur Vereinbarung eines persönlichen Beratungsgesprächs.
Die Einwilligung gilt bis zu ihrem Widerruf, längstens jedoch Jahre ab ihrer Erteilung.
2. Einwilligung in den Erhalt von Neuigkeiten
Durch Ankreuzen des Kästchens erteile ich dem Verantwortlichen gemäß Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO und § 116 des slowakischen Gesetzes Nr. 452/2021 Slg. über die elektronische Kommunikation meine Einwilligung in die Verarbeitung meines Vornamens, Nachnamens und meiner E-Mail-Adresse zum Zweck der Zusendung von Neuigkeiten und Werbeinformationen zum Projekt P6 per E-Mail.
Die Einwilligung gilt bis zu ihrem Widerruf, längstens jedoch Jahre ab ihrer Erteilung.
3. Was für beide Einwilligungen gilt
Die Einwilligung ist freiwillig. Ohne die erste Einwilligung können wir Sie jedoch nicht kontaktieren; daher lässt sich das Formular ohne sie nicht absenden. Die zweite Einwilligung ist vollständig optional.
Sie können die Einwilligung jederzeit widerrufen, per E-Mail an info@bytyp6.sk. Die Einwilligung in den Erhalt von Neuigkeiten widerrufen Sie auch über den Abmeldelink in jeder Newsletter-E-Mail.
Der Widerruf berührt nicht die Rechtmäßigkeit der bis dahin erfolgten Verarbeitung. Nach dem Widerruf löschen wir die Daten, mit Ausnahme des Nachweises, dass die Einwilligung erteilt und widerrufen wurde; diesen bewahren wir auf, um die Einhaltung der Rechtsvorschriften belegen zu können.
Die Registrierung ist eine Interessensbekundung. Sie begründet weder eine Reservierung einer Wohnung noch eine Verpflichtung zum Abschluss eines Vertrags, weder auf Ihrer noch auf unserer Seite.
