Tento dokument vysvetľuje, aké osobné údaje spracúvame, keď navštívite stránku projektu P6 alebo nám cez ňu pošlete registračný formulár, prečo to robíme, ako dlho údaje uchovávame a aké máte práva.

2. Aké údaje spracúvame
Údaje z registračného formulára: meno, priezvisko, e-mail, telefónne číslo (ak ho uvediete), typ bytu, o ktorý máte záujem, účel kúpy, zdroj, z ktorého ste sa o projekte dozvedeli, text vašej správy, jazyk stránky, dátum a čas odoslania a označenie reklamnej kampane, z ktorej ste prišli (parametre UTM).
Údaje z ďalšej komunikácie: obsah e-mailov a telefonátov, ktoré si s nami vymeníte.
Technické údaje: IP adresa, typ zariadenia a prehliadača, dátum a čas prístupu. Vznikajú automaticky v záznamoch servera, na ktorom je stránka umiestnená.
Vaše údaje neposkytujeme tretím stranám na ich vlastné marketingové účely a nepredávame ich. Prístup k nim majú len naši poverení zamestnanci a títo príjemcovia, s ktorými máme uzavreté zmluvy o spracúvaní osobných údajov, ak to GDPR vyžaduje:
poskytovateľ hostingu stránky,
poskytovateľ služby, ktorá prijíma a doručuje údaje z formulára, a poskytovateľ e-mailových služieb,
poskytovateľ nástroja na rozosielanie noviniek, ak ste s nimi súhlasili,
predajca projektu: ,
agentúra, ktorá stránku spravuje a zabezpečuje jej marketing,
právni, daňoví a účtovní poradcovia viazaní mlčanlivosťou,
Google Ireland Limited, ak ste súhlasili s analytickými alebo marketingovými cookies,
Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, ak ste súhlasili s marketingovými cookies,
orgány verejnej moci, ak nám to ukladá zákon.
5. Prenos do tretích krajín
Údaje spracúvame predovšetkým v Európskej únii a Európskom hospodárskom priestore. Niektorí naši sprostredkovatelia, najmä poskytovatelia formulárových, e-mailových a analytických služieb, môžu mať sídlo alebo servery v USA. K prenosu dochádza len vtedy, ak je zabezpečená primeraná úroveň ochrany: na základe rozhodnutia Európskej komisie o primeranosti pre spoločnosti certifikované v rámci EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, alebo na základe štandardných zmluvných doložiek podľa čl. 46 ods. 2 písm. c) GDPR. Kópiu príslušných záruk si môžete vyžiadať e-mailom.
6. Vaše práva
V súvislosti so spracúvaním osobných údajov máte právo:
na prístup k svojim údajom a na ich kópiu (čl. 15 GDPR),
na opravu nesprávnych a doplnenie neúplných údajov (čl. 16),
na vymazanie údajov, ak na ich spracúvanie už nie je dôvod (čl. 17),
na obmedzenie spracúvania (čl. 18),
na prenosnosť údajov, ktoré ste nám poskytli (čl. 20),
namietať proti spracúvaniu založenému na oprávnenom záujme (čl. 21),
kedykoľvek odvolať súhlas (čl. 7 ods. 3), bez vplyvu na zákonnosť spracúvania pred jeho odvolaním,
podať sťažnosť dozornému orgánu (čl. 77 GDPR, § 100 zákona č. 18/2018 Z. z.).
Práva si uplatníte e-mailom na info@bytyp6.sk. Odpovieme bez zbytočného odkladu, najneskôr do jedného mesiaca. Ak budeme mať pochybnosti o vašej totožnosti, môžeme vás požiadať o jej overenie. Uplatnenie práv je bezplatné.
7. Ako odvolať súhlas
Súhlas s kontaktovaním aj súhlas so zasielaním noviniek odvoláte e-mailom na info@bytyp6.sk alebo kliknutím na odkaz na odhlásenie, ktorý je v každom e-maile s novinkami. Súhlas s cookies zmeníte kedykoľvek cez odkaz „Nastavenia cookies“ v pätičke stránky.
8. Ste povinní údaje poskytnúť?
Nie. Poskytnutie údajov je dobrovoľné a nie je zákonnou ani zmluvnou požiadavkou. Bez mena a e-mailu vás však nevieme kontaktovať a zaradiť medzi registrovaných záujemcov.
9. Automatizované rozhodovanie
Vaše údaje nepoužívame na automatizované individuálne rozhodovanie ani na profilovanie podľa čl. 22 GDPR.
10. Deti
Stránka nie je určená osobám mladším ako 16 rokov a ich údaje vedome nezbierame.
11. Ako údaje chránime
Prijali sme primerané technické a organizačné opatrenia: prenos údajov medzi vaším prehliadačom a stránkou je šifrovaný (HTTPS), prístup k údajom majú len poverené osoby viazané mlčanlivosťou a údaje uchovávame len počas nevyhnutnej doby. Stránka nenačítava písma, mapy ani iný obsah zo serverov tretích strán, kým na to nedáte súhlas.

This document explains which personal data we process when you visit the P6 project website or send us the registration form, why we do so, how long we keep the data and what rights you have.

2. What data we process
Registration form data: first name, last name, e-mail, phone number (if you provide it), the apartment type you are interested in, the purpose of purchase, how you heard about the project, the text of your message, the language of the page, the date and time of submission and the advertising campaign you arrived from (UTM parameters).
Data from further communication: the content of e-mails and phone calls you exchange with us.
Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, date and time of access. These arise automatically in the logs of the server hosting the site.
Cookie data: only if you consent. Details are in the Cookie Policy.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health data) and ask you not to include them in your message.

We do not pass your data to third parties for their own marketing purposes and we do not sell it. Access is limited to our authorised staff and to the following recipients, with whom we have data processing agreements in place where the GDPR requires them:

the provider of the service that receives and delivers form submissions, and our e-mail service provider,
the provider of the newsletter tool, if you consented to receiving news,
the project’s sales agent: ,

5. Transfers to third countries
We process data primarily within the European Union and the European Economic Area. Some of our processors, in particular providers of form, e-mail and analytics services, may be established or have servers in the USA. A transfer takes place only where an adequate level of protection is ensured: on the basis of the European Commission’s adequacy decision for companies certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, or on the basis of standard contractual clauses under Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by e-mail.
6. Your rights
In connection with the processing of personal data you have the right:
of access to your data and to a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR),
to rectification of inaccurate data and completion of incomplete data (Art. 16),
to erasure where there is no longer a reason to process the data (Art. 17),
to restriction of processing (Art. 18),
to data portability for the data you have provided to us (Art. 20),
to object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21),
to withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)), without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal,
to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
You can exercise your rights by e-mail at info@bytyp6.sk. We will reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest. If we have doubts about your identity, we may ask you to verify it. Exercising your rights is free of charge.
7. How to withdraw consent
You can withdraw your consent to being contacted and your consent to receiving news by e-mail at info@bytyp6.sk, or by clicking the unsubscribe link included in every news e-mail. You can change your cookie consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of the site.
8. Do you have to provide the data?
No. Providing the data is voluntary and is neither a statutory nor a contractual requirement. Without your name and e-mail, however, we cannot contact you or include you among the registered buyers.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not use your data for automated individual decision-making or profiling within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
10. Children
The site is not intended for persons under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
11. How we protect the data
We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures: data sent between your browser and the site is encrypted (HTTPS), only authorised persons bound by confidentiality have access to the data, and we keep it only for as long as necessary. The site does not load fonts, maps or other content from third-party servers unless you have consented.

Daten aus der weiteren Kommunikation: der Inhalt von E-Mails und Telefonaten, die Sie mit uns führen.
Technische Daten: IP-Adresse, Geräte- und Browsertyp, Datum und Uhrzeit des Zugriffs. Sie entstehen automatisch in den Protokollen des Servers, auf dem die Website liegt.

5. Übermittlung in Drittländer
Wir verarbeiten Daten in erster Linie in der Europäischen Union und im Europäischen Wirtschaftsraum. Einige unserer Auftragsverarbeiter, insbesondere Anbieter von Formular-, E-Mail- und Analysediensten, können ihren Sitz oder Server in den USA haben. Eine Übermittlung erfolgt nur, wenn ein angemessenes Schutzniveau gewährleistet ist: auf Grundlage des Angemessenheitsbeschlusses der Europäischen Kommission für Unternehmen, die nach dem EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert sind, oder auf Grundlage von Standardvertragsklauseln gemäß Art. 46 Abs. 2 lit. c DSGVO. Eine Kopie der jeweiligen Garantien können Sie per E-Mail anfordern.
6. Ihre Rechte
Im Zusammenhang mit der Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten haben Sie das Recht:
auf Auskunft über Ihre Daten und auf eine Kopie (Art. 15 DSGVO),
auf Berichtigung unrichtiger und Vervollständigung unvollständiger Daten (Art. 16),
auf Löschung, wenn für die Verarbeitung kein Grund mehr besteht (Art. 17),
auf Einschränkung der Verarbeitung (Art. 18),
auf Datenübertragbarkeit der von Ihnen bereitgestellten Daten (Art. 20),
auf Widerspruch gegen eine Verarbeitung, die auf einem berechtigten Interesse beruht (Art. 21),

7. Widerruf der Einwilligung
Die Einwilligung in die Kontaktaufnahme und die Einwilligung in den Erhalt von Neuigkeiten widerrufen Sie per E-Mail an info@bytyp6.sk oder über den Abmeldelink, der in jeder Newsletter-E-Mail enthalten ist. Ihre Cookie-Einwilligung können Sie jederzeit über den Link „Cookie-Einstellungen“ in der Fußzeile der Website ändern.
8. Müssen Sie die Daten bereitstellen?
Nein. Die Bereitstellung der Daten ist freiwillig und weder gesetzlich noch vertraglich vorgeschrieben. Ohne Ihren Namen und Ihre E-Mail-Adresse können wir Sie jedoch nicht kontaktieren und nicht in die Liste der registrierten Interessenten aufnehmen.
9. Automatisierte Entscheidungsfindung
Wir nutzen Ihre Daten weder für automatisierte Entscheidungen im Einzelfall noch für Profiling im Sinne von Art. 22 DSGVO.
10. Kinder
Die Website richtet sich nicht an Personen unter 16 Jahren; deren Daten erheben wir nicht wissentlich.
11. Wie wir die Daten schützen
Wir haben angemessene technische und organisatorische Maßnahmen getroffen: Die Übertragung zwischen Ihrem Browser und der Website ist verschlüsselt (HTTPS), Zugriff auf die Daten haben nur befugte, zur Verschwiegenheit verpflichtete Personen, und wir speichern die Daten nur so lange wie nötig. Die Website lädt keine Schriftarten, Karten oder sonstigen Inhalte von Servern Dritter, solange Sie nicht eingewilligt haben.
