Výmery, dispozície a počty sú orientačné a vychádzajú z podkladov architekta. Projekt je rekonštrukciou existujúceho skeletu, preto sú možné odchýlky a zmeny.
Poloha projektu je na mape vyznačená len orientačne. Okruhy pešej dostupnosti, časy a vzdialenosti sú približné a závisia od zvolenej trasy a dopravnej situácie.
Štandard vyhotovenia, vybavenie spoločných priestorov, ceny, dostupnosť bytov a termíny sa môžu meniť. Prevádzkovateľ si vyhradzuje právo na zmeny bez predchádzajúceho upozornenia.
Záväzné sú výlučne údaje uvedené v písomnej zmluve uzavretej s prevádzkovateľom.
4. Registrácia a prednostný výber
Registrácia cez formulár je prejavom záujmu. „Prednostný výber“ znamená, že registrovaných záujemcov plánujeme osloviť s ponukou skôr, ako spustíme verejný predaj. Registrácia nezakladá rezerváciu konkrétneho bytu, nárok na uzavretie zmluvy, nárok na určitú cenu ani záväzok z vašej strany. Poradie a podmienky oslovenia záujemcov určuje prevádzkovateľ.
Stránku sa snažíme udržiavať aktuálnu a dostupnú, nezaručujeme však jej nepretržitú a bezchybnú prevádzku ani úplnosť a aktuálnosť všetkých údajov. V rozsahu, v akom to zákon pripúšťa, nezodpovedáme za škodu, ktorá vznikne rozhodnutiami urobenými na základe informácií zo stránky. Nezodpovedáme za obsah externých stránok, na ktoré stránka odkazuje.
Tieto podmienky sa spravujú právnym poriadkom Slovenskej republiky. Floor areas, layouts and quantities are approximate and based on the architect’s documentation. The project is a reconstruction of an existing structure, so deviations and changes are possible.

Die Registrierung begründet weder die Reservierung einer bestimmten Wohnung noch einen Anspruch auf Vertragsabschluss oder auf einen bestimmten Preis und auch keine Verpflichtung Ihrerseits. Reihenfolge und Bedingungen der Ansprache der Interessenten legt der Betreiber fest.
